Vawsum is a DIPP, GoI-recognised start-up that aims to revolutionize the scenario of education in India. It is a mobile application that makes learning awesome! Using Vawsum, different stakeholders of an institute (teachers, students, parents, alumni) can connect with each other.
The Product
Teachers put in a lot of effort for the great future of a child. Similarly, a parent’s foremost desire is to ensure his excellent education. However, the most important stakeholders of a child’s journey still depend on age-old modes of communication between themselves. This results in delayed and times lost communication.
Vawsum brings these stakeholders of an educational institution closer. Now a teacher can send media rich communication to the parents at the click of a button. Now a parent gets updates like classwork, homework, child specific feedback, report cards, fees updates, etc. on the go. Moreover, teachers can share freely available educational videos from YouTube or other sources with the children. Above all, Vawsum enables schools which cannot afford computers and smart-classes to provide world class technological amenities to the students.
We sell Vawsum to educational institutes serving all age groups from kindergartens to post-graduation. Tuition centres and coaching institutes also use the product.
It’s Learning Management System helps in disseminating relevant, easy to understand and effective learning materials to the students directly, augmenting their learning experience and providing a platform that promises a world of equal opportunities for all.
Apart from an elegant easy to use product, Vawsum boasts of vernacular language integration and SMS support. It even works on 2G networks and runs on low-end smartphones as well. Our unique differentiator is our on-ground on boarding and customer service teams which ensure that our customers make the transition to the digital world seamlessly.
