Milkbasket online grocery (E-commerce) startup funded by Mayfield India with $1.37 Million (INR 10Cr). This funding round is conducted under the supervision of, Nikhil Khattau who is managing director of Mayfield.

Mayfield fund Is USA based Venture capital firm which mainly invests in startups which are in the initial stage. The focuses of the firm on technology-based and enterprise-based companies which solve customers problems. This firm started in 1969 by William F. Miller, Thomas J. Davis Jr. The Mayfield office in India situated in the Mumbai since 2016, as of now the company invested $219 million.

Milkbasket is an e-commerce website which provides daily household items at our doorstep. The startup founders Anant Goel, Ashish Goel, Anurag Jain, and Yatish Talvadia started in 2015. The micro-delivery startup is Gurugram-based which initially started to deliver milk at doorsteps as every household need of milk every day in India as it is progressing it started floating it roots to delivery grocery items. It is India’s first micro-delivery startup which is running successfully from its start.

At the start of this year, the milk basket raised $3 million from Unilever ventures, then in the month May INR 46Cr ($7 million) through series A funding. The startup valuation is now reached to INR 161-168 Cr with the recent fundraising.
