Messenger Rooms, which is a brand new service and an added feature launched by the social media giant, Facebook will be focusing on the video conferencing tool. The application will help people in adding up to 50 people on a conference video call so that you can have a hassle-free video meeting with as many people as you want.
A press statement was released by Facebook in which it was said that “By bringing Messenger rooms and Facebook Lives together, we are unlocking new ways for people to connect and create content even while they are apart.”
Initially, the feature will only be able to a few countries on their Facebook as well as Messenger Application, as said by the company but they are soon expanding their services and will have it running in all the countries in no time.
With the help of this feature, any person will be able to create a room and then could go live from the application of Facebook itself. Later they can add whoever they want to, to their meeting session. They will also beagle to invite the person who doesn’t have a Facebook account.
Similar to other video-conferencing applications, the person who will create the room and invite people will be the host of the whole meeting and they will have control over the meeting. That means they can add whoever they want to the meeting or remove them. They will also have the power to lock or unlock the room between a session.
