Indian startups are attracting more investments when compared to last year. Another logistics based startup BlackBuck raised funding of $ 27.3 Million (INR 202 Cr) new investors adding with old partners. Sequoia Capital is the new investor in the company which invested $13.5 Million (INR 100 Cr) remaining amount from Accel Partners and Sands Capital, who are existing investors for the company.
The logistics startup BlackBuck which is into B2B based out in Bangalore, operated by Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The startup started its journey in 2015, by Rajesh Yabaji, Chanakya and Subbu. Rajesh Yabaji is the Co-Founder & CEO of the company. The startup is India’s largest trucking platform. The startup BlackBuck got the award as the young trucks startup of the year 2018 by CNBC. and it connects the intercity.
BlackBuck, which is running at faster rate from the start of the business. For the financial year 2017, the company registered revenue of $76.4 Million (Rupees 566 Cr). The company and the investors did not speak to the media about it. The company raised $70 Million (INR 476 Cr) in the March 2017 and $7.69 Million (INR 50 Cr) in the month of October 2017.
