SuperOps.ai a startup raises $14 million in a series of funding

SuperOps.ai service automation and remote management based startup have recently raised $14million in a series of funding.

Addition and Tanglin Venture Partners led the funding with co-existing partners and investors like Matrix India, Elevation capital as well as Angel investors. Among the investors were Giovanni Sanguily (CEO of Honey Crm), Sidharth Malik (CEO of Clever Tap), Lisa Woods and Noel Wax (CEO and COO of Groundswell Group) and Abhi Kumar ( partner of major share at M12 ventures).

SuperOps.ai was founded by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar K in 2020 to disrupt the stagnant managed service providers of the market, using artificial intelligence-powered professional service automation. Remote monitoring was also introduced in this concept later on. The startup has been providing full service ever since and has worked over with 30 clients. Before the startup, the founders have worked at Fresh works at senior leadership levels and Zoho.

Parthiban CEO at SuperOps.ai quoted a statement that MSP space is in desperate need of innovation and modern software to replace the already existing outdated solutions. Customers have been stuck because of the bloated and extremely outdated premise tools.

The company’s vision is to modernize the industry and provide users with smart AI-based cloud software which is more efficient and effective. With this change, the clients of the company will be able to focus more on the core side of things and leave the classic old hurdles of the business behind.
