Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC) proudly served as a premier host for the 2-Day Online Pitching Session of the School Innovation Contest, a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) in collaboration with AICTE, New Delhi. Recognized as one of only 15 elite Nodal Centres across India, GNITC provided an exceptional platform for young visionaries to present their groundbreaking ideas.The event was organized on the 18th and 19th of February 2025.
A remarkable 102 school teams from across the nation participated in this high-stakes e-pitching event, presenting their trailblazing concepts before an esteemed panel of adjudicators, including Amit Ranjan, Rajkumar Mathur, Vaibhav Sharma, Karamvir Singh Rajpal, Rahul Lakhmani, and Dr. Thirupathi—distinguished experts from leading institutions and industries, designated by AICTE.
The event was meticulously curated under the leadership of Dr. S.V. Ranganayakulu, Nodal Officer, with seamless coordination by Dr. M.I. Thariq Hussan and Dr. Ch. Subbalakshmi, supported by a dedicated team of faculty and student coordinators.
Mr. Gagandeep Kohli, Vice-Chairman of GNI and Chancellor of Guru Nanak University, along with Dr. H.S. Saini, Managing Director of GNI and Vice-Chancellor of Guru Nanak University, lauded the team’s exemplary execution of this dynamic event. Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy, Director of GNITC, extended his gratitude to MIC of AICTE for entrusting GNITC with this prestigious responsibility.
