In The First-Ever Technology Tour, Dubai Startup Hub Woos Indian Talent

The first-ever Technology Tour by Dubai brings a lot of opportunities for Indian startups. The tour is going to happen in the second week of September and all the entrepreneurs and aspiring businessmen can register for being part of the tour till August 5. The tour that is hailed as a virtual trade mission is targeted towards providing 15 promising Indian fintech and healthcare startups an opportunity to pitch their ideas and interesting business concepts.

In order to transform itself into a knowledge-based hub, Dubai has been trying very thoughtfully to attract the Indian entrepreneurs and talent in accordance with their strategic decision.

To follow their plan, Dubai Startup Hub which is an initiative of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched the first-ever tour, the Dubai Technology tour which will be abiding interest in Indian startups.

The collaboration between UAE and India in the areas of fintech and healthcare will prove to be very fruitful for both countries. The tour will give opportunity to 15 startups who will prove their worth. The selection and the whole process of the business matchmaking session will be organized by Dubai Chambers.

“It will also showcase the competitive advantages that the emirate offers startups and scale-ups specializing in advanced technologies,” Dubai Chamber added.

Omar Khan, Director, International Offices at Dubai Chamber also believes that this collaboration will mutually benefit both the countries. “The time is perfect and India is very vibrant and young and we feel India can help us cope with various challenges as its young entrepreneurs are problem solvers,” he opined.
