Week 3: Product & Go-to-Market

Module 5: MVP & Prototype Development

Stop overthinking and start building. Learn what “Minimum Viable Product” actually means and create a prototype that tests your core assumptions fast.

Module 6: Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

 Discover how to get your first 100 customers through branding, storytelling, customer acquisition channels, and scrappy marketing tactics that work.

Week 4: Finance, Legal & Pitch Mastery

Module 7: Finance & Legal Essentials

Build financial projections, understand unit economics, choose the right legal structure, protect your intellectual property, and navigate basic compliance.

The Seed Funding Opportunity

On Demo Day, all 30 teams pitch to a panel of investors, successful founders, and industry experts. The top 3-5 startups receive seed funding up to ₹5 Lakhs based on problem validation, solution feasibility, market opportunity, team capability, and traction.

Even if you don’t win funding, you gain a polished pitch deck, direct investor feedback, ecosystem connections, and a network that opens doors.

Live sessions are scheduled in evenings to accommodate students. All content is recorded, and mentor meetings are flexibly scheduled.
