Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC) hosted an impactful session on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as Career Opportunity,” under the prestigious Institution’s Innovation Council 7.0 initiative. The event aimed to ignite a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among students and professionals, featuring eminent speakers and industry leaders.
The session was initiated and encouraged by Sardar Gagan Deep Singh Kohli, Vice Chairman of Guru Nanak Institutions and Vice-Chancellor of Guru Nanak University, along with Dr. H S Saini, Managing Director of Guru Nanak Institutions and Vice-Chancellor of Guru Nanak University. They underscored the critical importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset and innovation, reinforcing the institution’s unwavering commitment to empowering students to innovate, excel, and transform their entrepreneurial visions into reality.
Organized by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, the session was graced by Mr. K. Srinivasa Raju, CEO of Uni String Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who delivered an extraordinary keynote address. A distinguished leader in technology and innovation, Mr. Raju shared profound insights into the entrepreneurial journey, emphasizing the power of a problem-solving mindset, unwavering perseverance, and relentless learning. His practical advice on building and scaling a business captivated the audience. The interactive session that followed offered attendees the invaluable opportunity to engage directly with Mr. Raju, gaining deep insights into real-world entrepreneurial applications.
Dr. Rishi Sayal, Associate Director at GNITC, inspired the participants with a compelling example of a student project that evolved into a successful start-up, highlighting the transformative impact of entrepreneurial skills in today’s dynamic world.
The event was further elevated by the guidance and support of Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy, Director of GNITC; Dr. Parthasaradhy, Joint Director of GNITC; Dr. S. V. Ranganayakulu, Dean of Research and Development; Dr. S. Maheswara Reddy, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering; and Dr. Telugu Maddileti, Department R&D Coordinator, whose visionary leadership ensured the event’s remarkable success.
