Varun Kashyap is the strategic force behind Zithara.AI’s innovative vision. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail operations, and startup growth, Varun pioneered the use of AI technology to turn offline foot traffic into loyal, trackable customers.
Before founding Zithara, Varun successfully exited a startup, gaining practical insights into product-market fit, customer acquisition, and B2B scaling. His journey with Zithara began by identifying the glaring gap in offline customer data — a space often overlooked in India’s tech ecosystem.
Under his leadership, Zithara.AI has built a scalable CBP platform that automates complex customer journeys via AI agents, helping retailers increase customer retention and reduce churn. An alumnus of Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Varun is a regular contributor to India’s startup ecosystem and closely works with T-Hub and other innovation hubs to foster tech adoption in legacy industries.

Sri Devi Reddy brings global leadership experience to Zithara, having served in senior roles across the USA and India. She currently heads Sales and Business Development,
having built the go-to-market strategy, client acquisition pipeline, and high-performance sales team that powers Zithara’s rapid growth.
Prior to Zithara, Sri held positions like VP of Marketing & Operations at Cypress Communications (USA) and Director of IT at Pillsbury, where she led major enterprise-wide projects focused on customer experience and IT transformation. Her tenure with tech giants like IBM and Cornell University further adds depth to her cross-functional expertise.
She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, USA, and her leadership at Zithara is defined by her strategic thinking, customer-first approach, and relentless drive for innovation. Sri is also active in mentoring women-led startups and regularly contributes to forums on AI-driven business models and women in tech leadership.
