After receiving submissions, the PitchFest team will review each entry and shortlist teams based on idea potential, innovation, and fit for the program

Shortlisted teams will receive confirmation and instructions to secure their spot for the event on 14th–15th October 2025 at Methodist College

Participation is free for students and includes access to mentorship, workshops, pitch sessions, and post-event incubation & funding opportunities
Any college student or team with a startup idea — at concept, prototype, or early stage. Teams of 1–4 members are allowed.
